智能新时代背景下《肉制品加工技术》课程思政教学设计与实践

摘要:围绕高职院校的教育类型定位和食品智能加工技术专业的培养目标,从价值塑造、知识与技术技能传授、能力培养三个维度,厘定《肉制品加工技术》课程思政目标。通过“智能+”赋能,深入挖掘课程思政元素、重构课程内容、丰富教学活动、优化课程思政评价体系,以充分发挥课程思政育人功能,落实立德树人根本任务。以期为新时代食品智能加工专业课程思政体系的构建提供理论指导和实践借鉴。

Design and Practice of Ideological and Political Teaching in the Course of Technology of Meat Products Processing under the Background of Intelligent New Era

AbstractWith a view toward the mission of higher vocational colleges and the training objectives of food intelligent processing technology specialty, the ideological and political objectives for the course of technology of meat products processing were established from three dimensions: value shaping, knowledge and technical skills teaching and ability training. Throughintelligence+”empowerment, the ideological and political elements of the curriculum were explored deeply, the curriculum contents were reconstructed, teaching activities were enriched, optimize the ideological and political evaluation system of curriculum, finally give full play to the function of curriculum ideological and political education, and implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. It is expected that the paper could provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the construction of ideological and political system of food intelligent processing specialty in the new era.
